Juliana Prah is the Senior Manager of the Security Policy and Standards Unit in Ontario’s Cyber Security Division, where she leads the development of enterprise cyber security requirements and advances policy to strengthen resilience across the province’s public sector.

She brings a unique blend of public policy expertise and cybersecurity experience, working at the intersection of government strategy, legislation, and implementation. Juliana has contributed to key provincial initiatives, including Bill 194, helping shape Ontario’s operational approach to cyber security.

Juliana is recognized for her ability to navigate complex policy environments and translate emerging cyber risks into practical, scalable solutions. Through her work, she collaborates extensively with partners across government and the broader public sector to address evolving threats, drive coordinated responses, and strengthen cyber resilience.
