Joey Rachid serves as the Xerox CSO, leading a global information and physical security organization, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and President of Xerox IT Solutions. With over twenty years of security experience, Joey began his career in the United States Marine Corps, leading physical security and presidential protection for the Marine One Helicopter Squadron. He subsequently led cybersecurity programs for U.S. Cyber Command and the Pentagon, advised Fortune 500 clients as an Advisory Director at PwC, and has held CISO and Deputy CISO roles across public and private companies. Joey holds an MBA from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and holds both CISSP and CISM certifications. His experience spanning multiple security domains and industries cultivates a diverse background that serves as a key differentiator in his leadership and enables strong business outcomes.
